The revised and expanded adventures of Alinivar, Col. Saturn, Larice, Zarbol, and Niiue!
Though its location (the Hagbard) does make it seem a little out of place, I like that Chill, Cool and Calm is actually used ingame now outside the music player.
(reason for bump: topic is still fairly active)

Where’s it used? I haven’t heard it used outside of the music player yet.
Crav released a dev copy on CogDiscord a few weeks ago, and one of the changes is that Chill, Cool and Calm now plays on the Hagbard.

Also, in some next patch, can you add some memory to ship’s sound system? Because I want to keep playing that song I have chosen after I had leave ship and enter back.
Magicant Edition (Crav’s dev copy that he released on CogDiscord; check the pins in #announcements) has that feature implemented (there have been some instances in which the default track plays, but it’s rare. It almost always remembers the most recent song.).

Also, someone just pointed out in the Discord that ‘Memories Undone’ (Maelstrom theme) is missing from the OST.

Doing some extensive testing a la a playthrough on EasyRPG Player Vita, and here’s some things I’ve noticed that may be classified as issues (using the Magicant Edition found in the CogDis Discord):
- PP and ATB bar overlap each other (though both are still readable and can be made out with a little effort)
- Enemies and Battle Backgrounds aren’t animated
- When dual-wielding pistol weapons, Col. Saturn only attacks once
- Enemy Encounter sound doesn’t stop upon entering the battle transition, and as such plays over the battle music for a brief moment at the start.
- Dr. Saturns do not heal status effects, but hotels and similar do.
All this time, and I’m still as useful as a caramel.
This took me a week to record (though I’ve been modding this since July). I hope you guys enjoy.

Hey guys, where can I download the official soundtrack? The Bandcamp site is paid, despite everything saying it’s supposed to be free and there are no other links.

By the way, I just found footage of old 1.2 CogDis-entire playthrough in fact-and it shows how much has 2.0 updated and improved upon it.

Unfortunately, the commentary is now permanently lost because YouTube removed annotations despite no one asking for that.

Guys, I was digging in the game files nad found a really strange music track called “gas.mp3”. It starts with a slow, deep, menacing drum, then slowly enters into a slowed down, a bit distorted second part of the War against Giygas intro while cheers or chants of something that sounds suspiciously like a nazi rally can be heard. Any possible explanation?

So, it’s been a few years, but I’ve decided to give this game another go. I’ve a question, though. I know that if you miss the Points of Power the first time, you can do them again in Chapter 7 and they’re supposed to be harder. I’m curious about experiencing this, but the game will be a lot harder without the abilities gained from the Points of Power.
Is it worth it? Because I’m at the point where I have to decide and I’m not sure what I want to do about it.
Also, I’ve heard mention of a Discord server, but none of the links I’ve found work.
May the way of the Hero lead to the Triforce.
Do you have the teleporter equipped?
I decided to start playing and just get the Points of Power normally. Probably for the best. That said, I’m still really curious about this Discord server I’ve been hearing about.

Get them normally. They are much more useful that way. I mean, visting a POP gives Alin his ability upgrades, cannot miss out on those.
Also:
>Be me
>Play CogDis for +15 hours
>Good loot, good levels, no problems with money, grinding etc
>Reach Chapter 7, pretty late in the game
>Tons of sidequests to get all the endings, fun!
>Save
>Game crashes while saving
>All save data lost
