Oh yeah, Joseph and the Revelation Dial.
Joseph builds the REVELATION DIAL to summon a black hole whenever necesary (which would to cause the end of the world, hence the Revelation Dial.)
Unfortunately, the Dial is wound and activated during the final battle.
BTW, Joseph can use PK too!
