I meant a program to COMPOSE NES MUSIC. Not by MIDI or that kind of stuff. JUST NES dedicated.
There's always this, Synthfont and a NES soundfont.
It takes MIDI files (I'm pretty sure you caneven compose them in Synthfont, but I havn't messed around with that much) and replaces the default instruments with custom ones stored in a file.

Duster's Theme from MOTHER 3

Orchestrated Mother Title Screen (Other Soundfont used ~ Link)
I didn't sequence these MIDIs, just so you know.
Try it out. You'll need to change the instruments around to get it to sound right.

Run the Collage program, press the plus sign thing, select an instrument, and start. Go into the unit tab, press plus signs, and start working! When you're finished, File > Output (.wav)
