Nature of the Beast - by Elobo

Nature of the Beast

Ask anyone what the most deadly predator to walk the land is, and they might say Mighty Bear 7 or some other large brute. But they may not be aware of the vicious Chomposaur, terror of the Lost Underworld. Immensely powerful and intelligent, it is no slouch when it comes to hunting. But the same highly developed brain that allows for the use of Psi also breeds an intense cruelty. They will eat anyone who catches their eye, even if their minuscule size means they would be an impoverished meal indeed... They will toy with their food, groping around palm trees. If they were truly hungry or feeling especially wicked, they could easily rend or burn their way to their quarry. But then the deadly game would come to an end.

Elobo Gruff Theft Tessie
Bubble Monkey was simply flirting with a local gal when a Gruff Goat tore into him, stole his gum, and absconded with Tessie! After plenty of shock and a little dismay, Bubble Monkey ran helplessly along the coas. He'd lost his ride and his bubble gum. The gruff goat was meanwhile in over his head, it would take ages to get this gum out of his manly beard! It was too gorgeous of a beard to cut off. And so the eternal struggle of life goes on. Elobo Hitman
Rain pours, but it does not chill this this cold figure. The zombies are organized, and these are the enforcers. They were vile in life, and voracious in death. Slipping off the mortal coil only increased their hunger for crime and debauchery. Their unique... talents... pay the bills but the inability to feel pleasure drives them ever more violent.

Elobo I Have No Mouth
I am broken, but I hunger. I am in pain, and I need to eat. Why would they program a robot to feel pain, or the nearest approximation? Why would they program a robot to experience desperation? Am I the sick pawn of some ironic game? I hunger. I crave. I lust. I STARVE. I HAVE NO MOUTH, AND I MUST EAT THIS SANDWICH! (ref to I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream)

Elobo Indomitable Inferno
A pack of Carbon dogs can drop a mighty Chomposaur, an alpha pack leader can do the deed - and then some - on its own. But unlike its giant rival, it lacks the cruelty and need for senseless killing. Impossible to dominate or domesticate, but very open to friendship, the Carbon Dog is an intelligent creature with a deep respect for loyalty. With a body and breath that burns as bright and hot as fire that springs forth from its home it is an extremely dangerous enemy. It never backs down once it decides something is worth protecting. And if you can even get close to it, combat won't be any easier.

Elobo It's a Dog eat Dinosaur eat Dog World
Out in the desert, a mighty buffalo slumps. Old and worn, it is quickly dropped by the roving pack of Crested Booka. But such an easy bounty is not so easily kept in these wind-scarred lands. The Desert Wolves move in on the Booka pack. It seems the rights to this kill will take some real conflict after all.
