Dark Lord of Foetor and Decay
The Plague Rat of Doom. Perhaps he is lunging in for an attack, or skipping merrily throughout the sewers.

Ha ha ha, I'm not sure how this idea came to me. But once it did, I had to do it! This is the most overt reference to previous Mother games in the book. Anything else (I forget) is hidden or unassuming. |

Yeah, this is slightly inspired by our resident store. However, it is not an overt or direct reference. I wasn't about to attach that name to something completely unsolicited, to something this is unabashedly fanart. That would just be poor form. |

This is a bit contrived but I needed a mechanism for what happens later. So I thought this was a cute way to get what Bushie needs instead of him just pulling it out of a log or something. |

I chose Bushie as the main character for this particular book. It's a choice I made because he is the friendliest enemy encounter in the Sunshine Forest and I felt people who have not played the series could easily identify with him. |

This page more than the last had me worried. Bushie running through the forest from a twisted mockery of the Drago he met. But again, I don't think it's too dark.(sorry if this comment is a repeat, but it's meant for this page). |
